Ingredients
HP & CO.’s popular array of all-natural beverages owe their characteristics to its delicate selection of the finest ingredients from all over the world, closely guarded beverage recipes and purity of our filtered water, containing no preservatives, no artificial flavorings and no chemical dyes. All these ingredients are combined to make a superbly refreshing beverages.
Bottling Plant
The plant fills up to 13,500 bottles per day. We are especially proud of our traditional “bottle pasteurization process” guaranteeing freshness in every bottle.
Our glass bottles are carefully cleaned before being filled, labeled, pasteurized, sealed and packed into crates or carton cases. As part of our quality assurance; each individual process is carefully monitored, broken, chipped or non-glass bottles, are automatically extracted, ensuring rapid production.
Our Production Capabilities
The basic system of production has the capacity to produce up to 5,000,000 bottles per year. The system is calculated to produce many formats of glass bottles; the mold for the filling of beverage content to the bottles can be changed to another dimension in just 25 minutes. The line is capable of bottling are:
- 300ml (10 fl.oz), Two formats; Standard and Slim, 473ml (16 fl.oz), 1 liter (32 fl.oz)
with capabilities to fill other glass bottle measurements. All juice sizes can be sold loose in broad-based distribution or bundles in:
- 4 pack, 6 pack, 8 pack, 12 pack, 24 pack
The palletizing of the product can be proceeded also in many dimensions: North American, Euro standard or others; according to distributor’s specifications and requirements.
Filling Process
Filtering: The water is filtered by reverse osmosis. This removes all minerals from the water. (Later in the production process, a carefully-prepared mixture of minerals will be added back to the water. This gives the water a consistent taste that consumers like.)
Filling: In this machine, the bottles are filled with beverage content, and then the bottle caps are applied. At least once an hour, a Quality Control technician pulls a bottle of juice off the line and tests the content to insure it meets
HP & CO.'s strict standards.
Labeling Process
The bottles of juice arrive to this machine on a conveyor belt from the filling machine. This machine sprays a liquid adhesive to te label and applies it to the surface of the bottle.
After the bottles are labeled, they are collected by conveyor belts. Thousands of bottles are ready to be placed into carton cases.
Warehouse
In our 50,000 sq. ft. warehouse, fully equipped, high-bay holds up to 5 million bottles of juice at any one time. Everything is fully automated: huge quantities of pallets stacked with juice cases are stored on shelves several feet high.
With many different flavors and countless manufacturing dates, it would be virtually impossible for any human to keep track. Our warehouse systems, allows to automatically move the right type of juices in the required quantity and after the prescribed storage time.
